Moisturise frequently

Moisturisers help improve you skin’s ability to keep pollution out and water in. A hydrated skin is a healthy skin. A dehydrated skin is prone to pore clogging, blotches, irritation and discomfort. If you only have the time and inclination to moisturise once a day, make sure you do so after your bath, immediately after you dry yourself with a towel. If you can do more often, even better.
